Serve: 4
Ingredients:
- 400 g beef tenderloin, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp rice wine or sake
- 1 tbsp grated pear (optional)
Marinate B:
- 2 - 2.5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mince garlic
- 1 tbsp mince ginger
- ground pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 stalk spring onion, sliced
- toasted sesame seed
- lettuce or sesame leaves
Procedure:
- marinate meat with marinate A for 15 mins
- add marinate B ... mix well ... keep refrigerated overnight
- barbecue meat over charcoal, table grill or pan fry till cook
- serve with lettuce or sesame leaves
Note:
- you can also place meat, cooked rice, bean paste on lettuce wrap before eating
- you may replace beef with pork or chicken
