Korean Barbecue Squids Recipe

Ojingogwee Bulgogi, Korean Bulgogi Recipe, Korean Barbecue Recipe, Korean BBQ Recipe,

Serve: 4

Ingredients:
  • 300 g squids
  • 1 stalk leek

Marinate:

  •  2.5 tbsp soybean paste
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ground pepper
  • 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
Garnish:
  • 1 red chilli

Procedure:
  1. wash and remove squids skin ... score inside crisscross ... cut  into bite size
  2. blanch squid in hot boiling water ... drain
  3. marinate squid ... grill over medium heat over charcoal, table grill or oven till cook
  4. grill leek separately ... cut into slices
  5. serve grill squid and leeks ... garnish with chilli slices
