- 500 g meat, ribs or sliced
- 4 tbsp chilli paste
- 4 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- marinate meat with ingredients
- heat grill ... cook meat
