- 500 g meat, ribs or sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 30 g sugar
- 30 g corn syrup
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp onion, chopped
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 100 g pear, diced
- 50 g apple, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 stalk spring onion, quartered
- marinate meat with ingredients
- heat grill ... cook meat
