- 300 g sweet potato noodle
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 - 2 lit water
- 20 g shitake mushroom, sliced
- 20 g onion, julienne
- 20 g carrots, julienne
- 20 g spinach
- 30 g beef or chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- seaweed strip (optional)
- salt
- pepper
- cooking oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seed
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- cook noodle till soft ... drain ... season with 2 tbsp soy sauce ... set aside
- beat egg .. pan fried ...sliced into strips ... set aside
- marinate sliced beef or chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil ... pan fry
- add sliced mushroom, onions, carrots ... stir fry and mix well
- add noodle ... marinate ... mix well season to taste with salt, pepper
- garnish with sliced fried egg strip, seaweed strip
- julienne yellow bell pepper can replace fried egg strip
