- 200 g kimchi, chopped roughly
- 100 g meat, chopped roughly
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups stock
- 2 pieces dumpling
- 0.5 cup rice cake, sliced
- 0.5 pkt instant ramen
- 2 stalk spring onion
- 0.25 onion
- 100 g tofu
- 20 g enoki mushroom
- 2 sausage, sliced
Stock Ingredients:
- 5 anchovy
- 50 g kelp
- 5 cups water
Procedure:
- boil stock ingredient for 15 mins
- strain stock for use
- heat up oil ... fry meat, kimchi
- add water ... boil till kimchi soften
- add stock, rice cake, dumplings
- when rice cake soften ...
- add ramen, spring onions, onion, tofu, mushroom sausage
- boil till ramen is cooked
