Serve: 5
Ingredients:
- 100 g anchovies
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, cut in halves
- 1 slice ginger
- toasted sesame seed
Procedure:
- remove head from anchovies ... rinse in water ... drip dry
- mix seasoning sauce together ... set aside
- fry anchovies, ginger, garlic with some oil ... till crispy
- drain excess oil ... add seasoning sauce
- stir till anchovies well coated with sauce
- sprinkle sesame seed over anchovies
Note:
- choose small anchovies or silver fish for this dish
