Ingredients:
- 60 g red radish, cut into strips 4 cm long
- 60 g radish, cut into strips 4 cm long
- 60 g carrots, cut into strips 4 cm long
- 60 g cucucmber, cut into strips 4 cm long
- 60 g lettuce leaves, cut into strips 4 cm long
- 125 g beef tenderloin or scotch fillet, cut into strip 4 cm long
- 4 serving hot steam medium grain rice
- 4 fried egg
Beef marinate:
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp spring onion, chopped
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ground pepper
Hot Red Chilli Paste Sauce:
- 2 tbsp hot red chilli paste
- 3 tbsp beef stock
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
Procedure:
- freshen red radish, radish, carrot, cucumber, lettuce separately in cold water ... drain
- marinate beef with beef marinate for 10 mins ...
- heat oil ... stir fry bef over medium heat till done ...about 5 mins
- mix chilli paste sauce ingredient ... set aside in a serving bowl
- divide rice in 4 bowls ... arrange beef, vegetables over rice
- top each vegetables rice bowl with a fried egg
- serve with chilli paste sauce

- you can use any seasonal vegetable
